starts at $160.00 (not including labor to install)
Imagine being able to control your sprinkler system from a smart phone or tablet. Now imagine even more that you would also be able to monitor each zone, the rain sensor, and your seasonal watering schedule.
If you are having issues with your system, this is an easy to use app that makes you aware of electrical issues immediately. The most exciting feature is the automatic seasonal adjustment; the local weather is retrieved and the module/app automatically adjusts your watering times.
Starts at $65.00 (not including labor to install)
It is easy to control and monitor with its very own screen that is installed right next to your controller/timer. We all hate sprinkler systems running needlessly in the rain or when it's freezing. The screen keeps you updated on the amount of rainfall and temperature; telling you when the system is delayed. Once the water evaporates out of the sensor or when the temperature raises back up above freezing, the system will turn back on.
Want to secure your system for the Winter? *Please ensure you have a professional do this service. If not properly done, you can have severe damage on your irrigation system*
When winterizing, we utilize pressure regulated compressed air to blow out the water in the main irrigation line from the downside of the backflow device through the entire irrigation system.
If you do not have winterization capability installed on your system, we can make it capable as well as conduct the initial winterization service for $375.
Each year after this, it will be $225.00 for residential irrigation systems.
This service is conducted around December of each calendar year.
